As a result of the 2020 Almeda and South Obenchain fires, the SOU PIER Project was organized to provide ‘hands-on’ technical assistance to Jackson County businesses with a primary focus on Low to Moderate Income Business households. We work closely with other agencies to deliver comprehensive business development services and access to capital.
